SuperOffice wins Rosing Award

Oslo, November 24, 2010 – SuperOffice, Europe’s leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider, announces that on November 22, 2010, one of its products, Pocket CRM, wins the Rosing Award for Usability.
“It is an honor to win this award,” said Guttorm Nielsen, Chief Product Development Officer. “It is a testament to our way of thinking and to the way we design our software.” Nielsen said,” We have always believed that the key to success in software development is nothing more than good usability design – and ensuring that our customers are able to use the product in a simple and easy way to achieve their business objectives.”
“Pocket CRM gives you the capability to reach your CRM system at any time on a number of mobile devices. All customers, all meetings, all your colleagues’ calendars, all documents and all sales opportunities; in short everything you depend on at work.” said Gisle Jentoft, SuperOffice CEO.
The Rosing Award is awarded annually by The Norwegian Computer Society to those companies who have had the greatest impact on IT development in Norway. The Rosing jury comprises representatives from security organizations ISACA, Information Society research group for Information and the Norwegian Information Security Forum (ISF).
Under the category, “Usability”, candidates are evaluated on usability, ease of use, user interaction, visual design and adaptation by users.”
The Rosing jury said, “This year's winner has shown that it is possible to move a business-critical application from clients made for use on a PC to mobile phones. SuperOffice has solved the challenge of small-screen surfaces, bandwidth, and navigation in an exemplary manner and with an interface that provides a very good user experience even across different mobile platforms. The result of what occurs when you combine the phone's features with a CRM system, is a new and innovative type of functionality and accessibility to business oriented information.”
